Postage & Collection
Standard Postage Charges explained: –
The default settings for postage and packing (within mainland UK) on our PayPal shopping cart are;
Small Item – Courier Delivery charge £6.00
Large Item – Courier Delivery charge £9.00
Gaming boards – Courier Delivery charge £15.00
Your order will be charged at the highest rate of the items in your basket ( example if you have a small item and gaming board in the basket, you will be charged at the gaming board rate)
International Delivery – Courier Delivery Charge £20.00
These are rates based on those set by the couriers we currently use for the majority of our deliveries. Whilst these rates may seem a bit high; please bear in mind that these costs include VAT, packing materials, insurance of the items delivered and the facility to track orders and guarantee recorded delivery of your products.
Save money on delivery: –
In order to avoid paying the rates shown above, in certain circumstances we can arrange either Direct Delivery for a preferential rate (priced individually based on exactly what you order and the delivery distance), Collection either from our Gloucester or Welland sites, or from an event/ trade show at which we have a stall (please follow the guidelines provided in the Event Calendar section for deadlines relating to collection orders for shows). Please note that we can also normally arrange a preferential rate for delivery of orders over £200 in value, either with our normal courier or via Direct Delivery.
Direct Delivery is currently available to most addresses in Gloucestershire and Worcestershire, with some limited availability in parts of Herefordshire, Warwickshire and Bristol. Please contact us for details.
Collection from our premises can be arranged either for personal collection, or by a courier firm if you have access to one that will give you a cheaper rate.
