Here at Wargames Terrain Workshop, complete customer satisfaction is always our aim. We firmly believe that you should always ‘get what you pay for’ when it comes to quality of product, efficiency of service, and piece of mind. This is particularly true when it comes to war-games terrain and scenery, as these are luxury items, enhancements to a hobby, so they really shouldn’t be second-rate or suffer too much from the inevitable degradations inherent in most mass-production.

As we produce high detail pieces from the best materials available, we do not represent the economy end of the market, therefore we feel it necessary to make sure that our quality standards and customer service are similarly higher than the norm. With this in mind we have stuctured our services to be as convenient and hassle-free for you as possible.

Quality Guarantee

All of our Modular Terrain Gaming Boards and Resin Cast scenery pieces are all very finely textured, detailed pieces; we hand finish each product prior to painting or packing. As part of this process we guarantee all our products completely free of flash, excess material, sharp edges and other casting flaws. Occasionally very minor imperfections may get past us, where this is the case we will happily arrange to replace the item in question. In the unlikely event that you do receive an item that does not meet with your satisfaction, please contact us via telephone or email, and we will arrange to replace it at no cost to you. We do ask that wherever possible, customers include a photograph of the flaw or imperfection when they email us, in order to facilitate a speedy resolution.

14 day Money-back Guarantee

In addition to our quality guarantee, we also offer a 14 day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you feel that the products that you have ordered are not what you expected or are for some reason un-needed; we will happily refund you in full for any item that you return to us within 14 days of receipt (in some cases, we can arrange a refund after this time period, but you must have at least contacted us within 14 days of receiving the item). All we ask is that any unwanted products returned to us for refund reach us in the same condition that they are delivered, so that they can be returned to stock. We ask all customers who wish to return items to us to please contact us prior to sending any items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returns that haven’t been booked in.
